٧٩ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا (١) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا جَاءَتْ أَبَا بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، تَطْلُبُ مِيرَاثَهَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالا: إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " إِنِّي لَا أُورَثُ " (٢) .
