٢٥٩٩٩ - حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " قَضَى أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ " (٣)
