٢٠١٠٩ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ عِنْدَ مُفْلِسٍ بِعَيْنِهِ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ " (٣)
