١٩٣٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَجْلَحُ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أُتِيَ فِي ثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ، إِذْ كَانَ بِالْيَمَنِ اشْتَرَكُوا فِي وَلَدٍ، فَأَقْرَعَ بَيْنَهُمْ، فَضَمِنَ الَّذِي أَصَابَتْهُ الْقُرْعَةُ ثُلُثَيِ الدِّيَةِ، وَجَعَلَ الْوَلَدَ لَهُ، قَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ أَرْقَمَ: فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ بِقَضَاءِ عَلِيٍّ، " فَضَحِكَ حَتَّى بَدَتْ نَوَاجِذُهُ " (١)
