١٩٠٧٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو كَثِيرٍ، مَوْلَى اللَّيْثِيِّينَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَحْشٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: مَا لِي يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنْ قُتِلْتُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: " الْجَنَّةُ " . قَالَ: فَلَمَّا وَلَّى قَالَ: " إِلَّا الدَّيْنَ سَارَّنِي بِهِ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ آنِفًا " (١)
