١٨٧٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبَّادٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُكَيْمٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ قَالَ: أَتَانَا كِتَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِأَرْضِ جُهَيْنَةَ، قَالَ: وَأَنَا غُلَامٌ شَابٌّ، قَبْلَ وَفَاتِهِ بِشَهْرٍ أَوْ شَهْرَيْنِ: " أَنْ لَا تَنْتَفِعُوا مِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ، وَلَا عَصَبٍ " (٢)
