««أَنْ لَا تَنْتَفِعُوا مِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ وَلَا عَصَبٍ»»

١٨٧٨٢ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُكَيْمٍ قَالَ: " كَتَبَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ ⦗٨٠⦘ وَفَاتِهِ بِشَهْرٍ: " أَنْ لَا تَنْتَفِعُوا مِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ، وَلَا عَصَبٍ " (١)
