«" أَيُّمَا مُسْلِمٍ أَضَافَ قَوْمًا، فَأَصْبَحَ الضَّيْفُ مَحْرُومًا، فَإِنَّ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ نَصْرَهُ حَتَّى يَأْخُذَ بِقِرَى لَيْلَتِهِ مِنْ زَرْعِهِ وَمَالِهِ "»

١٧١٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْجُودِيِّ، يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ أَبِي كَرِيمَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " أَيُّمَا مُسْلِمٍ أَضَافَ قَوْمًا، فَأَصْبَحَ الضَّيْفُ مَحْرُومًا، فَإِنَّ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ نَصْرَهُ حَتَّى يَأْخُذَ بِقِرَى لَيْلَتِهِ مِنْ زَرْعِهِ وَمَالِهِ " (٢)
