٨٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَجَارَ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ، فَقَالَ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ وَعَمْرٌو: لَا تُجِيرُ، قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ: " تُجِيرُهُ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «يُجِيرُ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ بَعْضُهُمْ» [حكم حسين سليم أسد] : إسناده ضعيف
