٦٩٢٨ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُدْعَانَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَعَا خَادِمًا فَأَبْطَأَتْ، وَفِي يَدِهِ سِوَاكٌ فَقَالَ: «لَوْلَا الْقِصَاصُ لَضَرَبْتُكِ بِهَذَا السِّوَاكِ» [حكم حسين سليم أسد] : إسناده ضعيف جدا
