٦٨٦٩ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ ظَبْيَانَ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ: هَشَمَ رَجُلٌ فَمَ رَجُلٍ عَلَى عَهْدِ مُعَاوِيَةَ، فَأُعْطِي دِيَتَهُ فَأَبَى أَنْ يَقْبَلَ حَتَّى أُعْطِيَ ثَلَاثًا. فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِدَمٍ أَوْ دُونَهُ كَانَ كَفَّارَةً لَهُ مِنْ يَوْمِ وُلِدَ إِلَى يَوْمِ تَصَدَّقَ» [حكم حسين سليم أسد] : إسناده ضعيف
