Abu Yala al-Mawsili

««لَيْسَ الْوِتْرُ بِحَتْمٍ كَالصَّلَاةِ، وَلَكِنَّهُ سُنَّةٌ، فَلَا تَدَعْهُ»»

٣١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَاصِمَ بْنَ ضَمْرَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «لَيْسَ الْوِتْرُ بِحَتْمٍ كَالصَّلَاةِ، وَلَكِنَّهُ سُنَّةٌ، فَلَا تَدَعْهُ» . قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: فَوَجَدْتُهُ مَكْتُوبًا عِنْدِي، فَقَدْ أَوْتَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ [حكم حسين سليم أسد] : إسناده صحيح
