٢٠٠٠ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، سَمِعَ جَابِرًا، قَالَ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ الْعَبْدَ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ كَانَ عَاهِرًا» [حكم حسين سليم أسد] : إسناده حسن
