Abu Dawud al-Sijistani
«لَأَنْ يُسْقَطَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ أَنْ يَقُولَ: الْأَمْرُ بِيَدِي.»
Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
