Abu Dawud al-Sijistani
«مَنْ أَعْتَقَ مَمْلُوكًا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ آخَرَ، فَعَلَيْهِ خَلَاصُهُ»

٣٩٣٥ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ . (ح) وَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ ، قَالَ نَا رَوْحٌ قَالَا: نَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ بِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ أَعْتَقَ مَمْلُوكًا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ آخَرَ، فَعَلَيْهِ خَلَاصُهُ» وَهَذَا لَفْظُ ابْنِ سُوَيْدٍ
