Sunan Abi Dawud 3590
Abu Dawud al-Sijistani
«{فَإِنْ جَاءُوكَ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ أَوْ أَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ} فَنُسِخَتْ قَالَ: {فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ}.»
Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
