Abu Jafar al-Tahawi

«وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ , وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ الْكُوفِيُّ رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِمْ , قَالُوا»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
