Abu Jafar al-Tahawi

«يَقُولُ: أنا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ قَرَأَهَا كَذَلِكَ وَقَالَ: «عَادَ إِلَى الْغَسْلِ»»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
