Nuaym ibn Hammad al-Marwazi

«فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: {لَتَرْكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَنْ طَبَقٍ} [الانشقاق: ١٩] قَالَ: «فِي كُلِّ عِشْرِينَ سَنَةً تَكُونُونَ فِي حَالٍ غَيْرِ الْحَالِ الَّتِي كُنْتُمْ عَلَيْهَا»»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
