Ahmad ibn Shuayb al-Nasai
«لَا يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ»

- حدثنا جَرِيرٌ، ثقة صحيح الكتاب، قيل: كان في آخر عمره يهم من حفظه
- عن مَنْصُورٍ ثقة ثبت، وكان لا يدلس
- عن عَطَاءٍ ثقة فقيه، فاضل لكنه كثير الإرسال، وقيل: إنه تغير بآخره، ولم يكثر ذلك منه

٤٩٤٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ أَيْمَنَ قَالَ: «لَا يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ» .
