٤٥٣١ - أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيكٍ قَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ: عَتِيكٌ بِالْكَافِ، وَالصَّوَابُ عَتِيقٌ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ سِنِينَ» .
