١٩٣٩ - نا بُنْدَارٌ، نا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، نا زَمْعَةُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ وَهْرَامَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «اسْتَعِينُوا بِطَعَامِ السَّحَرِ عَلَى صِيَامِ النَّهَارِ , وَبِقَيْلُولَةِ النَّهَارِ عَلَى قِيَامِ اللَّيْلِ»
