Ali ibn al-Jad

«أنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا زُحِمَ عِنْدَ الْبَيْتِ فَمَاتَ، فَاسْتَشَارَ عُمَرُ النَّاسَ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ: «اجْعَلْ دِيَتَهُ عَلَى بَيْتِ الْمَالِ، فَفَعَلَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ»»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
