Ibn Abi Shayba

٨٩٦٥ - حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا ابن أبي ليلى عن الحكم عن مقسم عن ابن عباس: ﴿وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْآنَ تَرْتِيلًا﴾ [المزمل: ٤] ، قال: بينه (تبيينًا) (١) (٢) .
