Ibn Abi Shayba

٣٧٣٧٧ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن إدريس عن (١) عطية عن ابن عمر: ﴿وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِنَ الْأَرْضِ (٢) ﴾ [النمل: ٨٢] قال: حين لا يأمرون (بمعروف) (٣) ولا ينهون عن المنكر (٤) .
