Ibn Abi Shayba

٣٤٧١٥ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا علي بن صالح عن عبد اللَّه بن محمد بن عقيل عن جابر بن عبد اللَّه: ﴿وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ﴾، قال: أولو الفقه أولو الخير (١) .
