٣٤٢٠٩ - حدثنا عفان قال: ثنا وهيب و (حماد) (١) قالا: ثنا (عبد اللَّه) (٢) بن عثمان عن إبراهيم عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس في قوله: ﴿هَلْ يَسْتَوِي هُوَ وَمَنْ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَهُوَ عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ﴾ [النحل: ٧٦] قال: هو عثمان بن عفان (٣) .
