٢٧٦٢٤ - حدثنا جرير عن قابوس عن أبيه عن ابن عباس في قوله تعالى: ﴿قَسَمٌ لِذِي حِجْرٍ﴾ [الفجر: ٥] ، قال: النهي والعقل (١) .
