Ibn Abi Shayba

٢٠٣٥٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا سفيان بن عيينة عن (عمرو) (١) عن طاوس عن ابن عباس قال: إنما هو فرقة وفسخ، ليس بطلاق، ذكر اللَّه الطلاق (في) (٢) آخر الآية وفي أولها، والخلع بين ذلك فليس بطلاق، قال اللَّه تعالى: ﴿الطَّلَاقُ مَرَّتَانِ فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ﴾ (٣) .
