Ibn Abi Shayba
«مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ»

١٧٩٨٦ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن مطرف عن عمرو بن (سالم) (١) قال: قال أبي ابن كعب: يا رسول اللَّه! إن عددًا من عدد النساء لم يذكر في كتاب اللَّه، الصغار (والكبار) (٢) وأولات الأحمال فأنزل اللَّه تعالى: ﴿وَاللَّائِي يَئِسْنَ (مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ) (٣) وَأُولَاتُ الْأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَنْ يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ﴾ (٤) .
