١٦٧٨٧ - حدثنا يحيى بن يمان عن سفيان عن (حبيب) (١) عن ابن (عباس) (٢) : ﴿وَأَخَذْنَ مِنْكُمْ مِيثَاقًا غَلِيظًا﴾، قال: ﴿فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ﴾ (٣) . ⦗١٨٩⦘ [١٥] في الرجل يزوج عبده أمته بغير مهر ولا بينة
