١٦٧٧٩ - حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن سفيان عن حبيب بن أبي ثابت أن ابن عباس كان إذا زوج اشترط: ﴿فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ﴾ (١) .
