Ibn Abi al-Dunya

«قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِخَالِدِ بْنِ صَبِيحٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ مَنْ يَكْذِبُ الْكَذْبَةَ هَلْ يُسَمَّى فَاسِقًا؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ»»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
