Ibn Abi al-Dunya

«قَالَ: قُلْنَا لِقَتَادَةَ أَيُّ النَّاسِ أَغْبَطُ؟ قَالَ: «أَعْقَلُهُمْ» قُلْنَا: أَعْلَمُهُمْ؟ قَالَ: «أَعْقَلُهُمْ»»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
