Sunan al-Darimi 594

Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi

«" قَسَمَ مُصْعَبُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، مَالًا فِي قُرَّاءِ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ، حِينَ دَخَلَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ، فَبَعَثَ إِلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَعْقِلٍ بِأَلْفَيْ دِرْهَمٍ، فَقَالَ لَهُ: اسْتَعِنْ بِهَا فِي شَهْرِكَ هَذَا "»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.

٥٩٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، أَنبَأَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْمُزَنِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: " قَسَمَ مُصْعَبُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، مَالًا فِي قُرَّاءِ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ، حِينَ دَخَلَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ، فَبَعَثَ إِلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَعْقِلٍ بِأَلْفَيْ دِرْهَمٍ، فَقَالَ لَهُ: اسْتَعِنْ بِهَا فِي شَهْرِكَ هَذَا " . فَرَدَّهَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَعْقِلٍ، وَقَالَ: لَمْ نَقْرَأِ الْقُرْآنَ لِهَذَا [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح
