Sunan al-Darimi 592
Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
«" أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ السُّوقَ، فَسَاوَمَ رَجُلًا بِثَوْبٍ، فَقَالَ: هُوَ لَكَ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا، وَاللَّهِ لَوْ كَانَ غَيْرَكَ مَا أَعْطَيْتُهُ. فَقَالَ: فَعَلْتُمُوهَا؟ فَمَا رُئِيَ بَعْدَهَا مُشْتَرِيًا مِنَ السُّوقِ، وَلَا بَائِعًا حَتَّى لَحِقَ بِاللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ "»
Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
