Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««بَعَثَنِي إِلَيْكُمْ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رِضْوَانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ، أُعَلِّمُكُمْ كِتَابَ رَبِّكُمْ وَسُنَّتَكُمْ، وَأُنَظِّفُ طُرُقَكُمْ»»
Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.

٥٧٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ يَعِيشَ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ رُسْتُمَ الْمُزَنِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: حِينَ قَدِمَ الْبَصْرَةَ، «بَعَثَنِي إِلَيْكُمْ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رِضْوَانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ، أُعَلِّمُكُمْ كِتَابَ رَبِّكُمْ وَسُنَّتَكُمْ، وَأُنَظِّفُ طُرُقَكُمْ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده ضعيف لعنعنة الحسن البصري
