Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi

««فَضْلُ الْعَالِمِ عَلَى الْمُجْتَهِدِ مِائَةُ دَرَجَةٍ، مَا بَيْنَ الدَّرَجَتَيْنِ خَمْسُ مِائَةِ سَنَةٍ حُضْرُ الْفَرَسِ الْمُضَمَّرِ السَّرِيعِ»»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
