Sunan al-Darimi 3247
Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««أَمْرُ الْوَصِيِّ جَائِزٌ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا فِي الِابْتِيَاعِ، وَإِذَا بَاعَ بَيْعًا لَمْ يُقِلْ»»

٣٢٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَهْبٍ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، قَالَ: «أَمْرُ الْوَصِيِّ جَائِزٌ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا فِي الِابْتِيَاعِ، وَإِذَا بَاعَ بَيْعًا لَمْ يُقِلْ» وَهُوَ رَأْيُ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَمْزَةَ " [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح
