Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi

««وَصِيَّتِي مَا اتَّفَقَ عَلَيْهِ فُقَهَاءُ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ»»

٣٢٤٠ - حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ، ⦗٢٠٣٩⦘ عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ زِيَادَ بْنَ مَطَرٍ، أَوْصَى فَقَالَ: «وَصِيَّتِي مَا اتَّفَقَ عَلَيْهِ فُقَهَاءُ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ» فَسَأَلْتُ، فَاتَّفَقُوا عَلَى الْخُمُسِ [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح إلى زياد بن مطر
