٣١٨٢ - حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ⦗٢٠١٢⦘ الْمَعْمَرِيِّ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، فِي عَبْدٍ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ أَعْتَقَ أَحَدَهُمَا نَصِيبَهُ وَأَمْسَكَهُ الْآخَرُ. قَالَ: «مِيرَاثُهُ بَيْنَهُمَا» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح
