٣١٦٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ وَرْدَانَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، سُئِلَ عَنْ مِيرَاثِ السَّائِبَةِ، فَقَالَ: «كُلُّ عَتِيقٍ سَائِبَةٌ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح
