Sunan al-Darimi 302

Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi

««وَيْحَكَ وَرَأَيْتَ أَنْتَ فَقِيهًا قَطُّ، إِنَّمَا الْفَقِيهُ الزَّاهِدُ فِي الدُّنْيَا، الرَّاغِبُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ، الْبَصِيرُ بِأَمْرِ دِينِهِ، الْمُدَاوِمُ عَلَى عِبَادَةِ رَبِّهِ»»

٣٠٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ الْمِنْقَرِيِّ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِلْحَسَنِ يَوْمًا فِي شَيْءٍ قَالَهُ: يَا أَبَا سَعِيدٍ، لَيْسَ هَكَذَا يَقُولُ الْفُقَهَاءُ. فَقَالَ: «وَيْحَكَ وَرَأَيْتَ أَنْتَ فَقِيهًا قَطُّ، إِنَّمَا الْفَقِيهُ الزَّاهِدُ فِي الدُّنْيَا، الرَّاغِبُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ، الْبَصِيرُ بِأَمْرِ دِينِهِ، الْمُدَاوِمُ عَلَى عِبَادَةِ رَبِّهِ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح
