٢٩٩٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ عَطَاءَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ وَلَدِ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ لِمَنْ مِيرَاثُهُ؟ قَالَ: «لِأُمِّهِ وَأَهْلِهَا» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح
