Sunan al-Darimi 299
Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
«" مَنْ أُوتِيَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَا يُبْكِيهِ، لَخَلِيقٌ أَنْ لَا يَكُونَ أُوتِيَ عِلْمًا يَنْفَعُهُ، لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى نَعَتَ الْعُلَمَاءَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ: {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ} [الإسراء: ١٠٧] إِلَى قَوْلِهِ {يَبْكُونَ} [الإسراء: ١٠٩] "»
Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.

٢٩٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الْأَعْلَى التَّيْمِيَّ يَقُولُ: " مَنْ أُوتِيَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَا يُبْكِيهِ، لَخَلِيقٌ أَنْ لَا يَكُونَ أُوتِيَ عِلْمًا يَنْفَعُهُ، لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى نَعَتَ الْعُلَمَاءَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ: ⦗٣٣٦⦘ {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ} [الإسراء: ١٠٧] إِلَى قَوْلِهِ {يَبْكُونَ} [الإسراء: ١٠٩] " [تعليق المحقق] إسناده جيد
