Sunan al-Darimi 260
Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««مَنْ طَلَبَ شَيْئًا مِنْ هَذَا الْعِلْمِ فَأَرَادَ بِهِ مَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ، يُدْرِكْ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ، وَمَنْ أَرَادَ بِهِ الدُّنْيَا، فَذَاكَ وَاللَّهِ حَظُّهُ مِنْهُ»»
Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.

٢٦٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: «مَنْ طَلَبَ شَيْئًا مِنْ هَذَا الْعِلْمِ فَأَرَادَ بِهِ مَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ، يُدْرِكْ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ، وَمَنْ أَرَادَ بِهِ الدُّنْيَا، فَذَاكَ وَاللَّهِ حَظُّهُ مِنْهُ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح إلى الحسن
