٢٤٠٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَونٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تُقَامُ الْحُدُودُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ، وَلَا يُقَادُ بِالْوَلَدِ الْوَالِدُ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده ضعيف من أجل إسماعيل بن مسلم المكي
