٢١٤٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا طُعْمَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ ⦗١٣٣٥⦘ بَيَانٍ التَّغْلِبِيُّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مَنْ بَاعَ الْخَمْرَ فَلْيُشَقِّصِ الْخَنَازِيرَ» ، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد: «إِنَّمَا هُوَ عُمَرُ بْنُ بَيَانٍ» [تعليق المحقق] حديث جيد
