Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ، فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنَ الثِّمَارِ مَا يَسْقِي بَعْلًا الْعُشْرَ، وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالسَّانِيَةِ، فَنِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ»»

١٧٠٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ: «بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ، فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنَ الثِّمَارِ مَا يَسْقِي بَعْلًا الْعُشْرَ، وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالسَّانِيَةِ، فَنِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده حسن
