١٦٨٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِيسَى، عَنْ عِيسَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، ⦗١٠٢٤⦘ عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَالَ: كُنْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعِنْدَهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، فَأَخَذَ تَمْرَةً مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَانْتَزَعَهَا مِنْهُ، وَقَالَ: «أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّهُ لَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا الصَّدَقَةُ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح
